Slow-stitching Beginner's Embroidery - Strawberry
​Friday 25th June 2021, 1-3.30pm  at Open Door, Berkhamsted

​£30/person inc. all materials and embroidery ring to take home

Join me, Amanda, to learn the basics of embroidery. This beginners class will include all the basic techniques to continue this mindful craft at home.

Learn to work the ‘strawberry stitch’, stem stitch, satin stitch and french knots and make this seasonal design.

Mastering these stitches will enable you to create a wide range of designs. With a few simple tools it is possible to create something beautiful and this workshop will enable the complete beginner to go away feeling confident enough to embellish garments and homeware with their designs.
